  • 2.Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product.


What is Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover any damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
  • Accidents or unauthorized alterations
  • Exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., extreme temperatures, water damage)

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@glaciergift.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and may request additional information or photos.Return Instructions: If your claim is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. You may be responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us.
  3. Repair or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will repair or replace it as per the warranty terms.

Additional Information:

  • The warranty period is valid from the date of purchase.
  • Replacement products or parts will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
  • This warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from Glacier Gift Shop or an authorized retailer.
